Director of Partner Solutions Architecture, ISV Partners

Job Description

Databricks is seeking a Director of Partner Solutions Architecture for ISV Partners to lead the technical strategy and execution of our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the partner solutions architecture strategy for the ISV ecosystem, ensuring scalable and secure integrations with the Databricks platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects and engineers covering technical enablement, reference architectures, and joint customer delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and alliances to accelerate co-sell motions and adoption among enterprise customers.
• Create enablement content, best practices, and technical training for ISV partners and internal teams.
• Represent Databricks at partner events and in ecosystem programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or related leadership roles, with a track record of building and scaling partner programs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and sales.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms, data engineering, and data science workflows; familiarity with the Databricks platform is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
