Job Description
Databricks is seeking a Digital Native Account Executive to drive new business in the Hamburg, Germany region. Based in Hamburg, Germany, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the Databricks platform solutions. This on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to rapid growth in the European market and to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the German market.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive net-new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners to position Databricks solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Databricks platform value and ROI to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline in CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, ideally in the German market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and accelerating revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
