DevRel Program Manager, Community

Overview

Databricks is seeking a DevRel Program Manager, Community to lead and scale our developer relations and community initiatives. You will design, launch, and manage programs that engage developers, data scientists, and partners around the Databricks platform. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create compelling content, run technical events, and measure impact to grow a vibrant, inclusive community.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end developer relations programs and community initiatives
• Plan and execute events, webinars, meetups, hackathons, and developer days
• Collaborate with product teams to capture feedback and inform product strategy
• Create and maintain content and programs for ambassadors, advocates, and partners
• Define success metrics and track program performance
• Represent Databricks at conferences and industry events
• Develop relationships with developer communities and ecosystem partners
• Create technical content such as sample notebooks, tutorials, and demos to accelerate adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer relations, community management, or program management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with engineers and product teams; ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data analytics, preferably experience with Databricks or Apache Spark ecosystem
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed
