The Role

As a Cloud Partner Development Representative II, you will drive co-sell initiatives with Databricks’ cloud ecosystem partners to accelerate revenue, expand our joint go-to-market programs, and build strong partner relationships. You will collaborate with sales, solutions engineers, and partner teams to identify opportunities, qualify pipeline, and help partners navigate the Databricks platform to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to identify and grow co-sell opportunities
  • Qualify partner-led opportunities, drive pipeline, and support deal acceleration through cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate joint GTM programs, enablement sessions, and training with partners
  • Track progress against partner accounts, maintain account plans, and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and partner managers to ensure successful outcomes for customers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in partner development, alliances, or enterprise sales roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Experience engaging with cloud platform partners and managing multi-stakeholder programs
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities
