Benefits Program Manager, EMEA & APJ [12 month, FTC]

Databricks is seeking a dedicated Benefits Program Manager to lead our global benefits strategy for EMEA and APJ on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will partner with HR, payroll, and external benefits providers to design, implement, and optimize competitive benefits programs that support our diverse and distributed workforce.

Overview

Lead regional benefits design, governance, budgeting, and vendor management across EMEA and APJ, ensuring regulatory compliance and a compelling employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage benefits programs across EMEA and APJ.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to administer health, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
• Conduct benchmarking, analytics, and cost management; lead annual renewals and budgeting.
• Develop clear employee communications, guides, and training materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and cross-country implementations.
• Collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to ensure alignment with Databricks' strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global benefits program management (EMEA/APJ strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across EMEA and APJ; experience with vendor management.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach to benefits optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPD) are a plus.
