Databricks is seeking an Analyst, Talent Management Operations to join our People & HR team in Costa Rica. This role supports the day-to-day operations of talent programs, ensures data integrity, and helps scale our people initiatives globally.

Responsibilities

Assist in administering Talent Management programs, including performance reviews, learning initiatives, and succession planning.
Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting and timely program delivery.
Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS and other systems; generate standard and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and help design and implement standardized workflows.
Support audits, compliance, and data privacy requirements as applicable.
Provide excellent internal customer service to employees and managers.
Support onboarding/offboarding and other HR operations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 1-3 years of HR operations or Talent Management experience.
Strong data accuracy and analytical skills; experience with HRIS and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Spanish is beneficial; English required.
