Overview
Databricks is seeking an Analyst, Talent Management Operations to join our People & HR team in Costa Rica. This role supports the day-to-day operations of talent programs, ensures data integrity, and helps scale our people initiatives globally.
Responsibilities
- Assist in administering Talent Management programs, including performance reviews, learning initiatives, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting and timely program delivery.
- Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS and other systems; generate standard and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and help design and implement standardized workflows.
- Support audits, compliance, and data privacy requirements as applicable.
- Provide excellent internal customer service to employees and managers.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and other HR operations tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 1-3 years of HR operations or Talent Management experience.
- Strong data accuracy and analytical skills; experience with HRIS and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is beneficial; English required.
