- Turn ambiguous processes into scalable, persona-agnostic workflows.
- Experience writing PRDs, workflow diagrams, or specs.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, JSON, Salesforce objects, Slack data, and data orchestration.
- Experience building eval harnesses with edge cases and gold outputs.
