Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations to streamline deployments.
Monitor database health across environments and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
Enforce data security, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years in database administration.
Relational DB expertise: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
Strong DB monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting.
Scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
Cloud DB services (AWS RDS/Aurora, Redshift) preferred.
