- 3-5 years in a data consultant role with marketing data, predictive analytics, BI, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Braze.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, ETL, and data analysis with Python or R.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
- Degree in data science, digital marketing, CS, or similar.
- Strong consulting, client communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with attribution approaches and multi-channel analytics.
