Provides software archive services for new onboarding customers
Plans, executes and reports on archiving Oracle EBS, Oracle DB, Siebel, Hyperion, JD Edwards, SAP
Establish connectivity to customers' systems and document per ISO standards
Aid archive contractors during high-volume periods
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and present status reports

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or related experience
4+ years of professional work experience preferred
Organization skills: MS notes, email, Teams, and Smartsheet
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Ability to work flexible schedules (weekends and high season overtime)
