- Experience defining standards, governance models, and roadmaps.
- Hands-on in transformation programs (operating model, data modelling, ontology-driven modernization).
- Strong stakeholder management at strategic/executive levels.
- English B2+ level (nice to have).
- Experience in global, cross-functional environments (nice to have).
- Familiarity with pharma regulatory frameworks (nice to have).
