- Client-Facing Expertise: Onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 support with training skills.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency: Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Analytical Mindset: Data management, mapping, parsing, root-cause analysis.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Precision with historical, financial, and guest records.
- Remote-First Readiness: Comfortable with cloud workflows and remote coaching.
