📋 Description

• Define and own KPIs for product health and marketplace performance.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage to identify opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for product and leadership.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and feature rollouts.
• Build dashboards and data pipelines for self-serve analytics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in DS/Analytics in a product-focused org.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Advanced SQL with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift; Spark or DBT.
• Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
• Experience designing A/B tests and causal inference.
• Data viz skills and BI tools for dashboards.
