Propose and conduct quantitative research on user behavior and product flows.
Design and analyze experiments for causal inference with engineers and scientists.
Partner with PMs and engineers to scope features and model impact on metrics.
Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes and propose next steps.
Develop topic area expertise (e.g., Thumbtack search) and system interactions.
Contribute to data culture via accessible data tables and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in data science, analytics, or economics.
Experience managing stakeholders across PM, Design, Eng, and Marketing.
Experience scoping, analyzing, and communicating experiments.
Expert in SQL.
Strong communication and cross-functional relationship skills.
Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in a technical field (e.g., stats, CS, econ).
