Own end-to-end ML pipelines: data prep, training, evaluation, deployment.
Perform error analysis, model diagnostics, and performance optimization.
Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and modeling best practices.
Write maintainable production-grade code and build ML tooling.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related; 5+ years exp; MS/PhD a plus.
Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.
Experience applying CNNs in computer vision; transformers knowledge.
Strong ML fundamentals: evaluation, experimentation, overfitting, regularization.
Git, experiment tracking, and reproducible ML workflows.
Clear communicator and cross-functional team collaboration.
