📋 Description

• Leverage modeling and analytics to support data-driven decisions
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
• Collaborate with data and business peers across units
• Research, develop, and maintain data pipelines and models
• Deliver analytical solutions with minimal manager oversight
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data science or quantitative field
• 2+ years SQL and Python and/or R
• 2+ years building data models and advanced analytics
• Master's degree in quantitative field preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare/health insurance preferred
