🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 4-6+ years as a data scientist in growth at a scale-up.
• Hands-on experience building A/B testing frameworks from scratch.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: ETL pipelines, data models, Python.
• AI-native: using AI tools day-to-day with impact.
• Comfortable operating autonomously with a builder mindset.
