Data Scientist (Fraud)

📋 Description

• Build predictive defences using data and models to mitigate fraud at Kasada.
• Evaluate model performance and trade-offs before production.
• Partner with engineering, research, and product to ship models to production.
• Make model outputs legible to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Hunt adversarial patterns by analyzing large datasets for anomalies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data science or applied ML with stats, sampling, and time-series.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience evaluating models in production: precision, recall, calibration.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail; bias toward pressure-test.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS).
• Bonus: fraud, trust and safety, or adversarial ML experience.
