📋 Description

• Define north-star metrics for checkout, payments, subscriptions, and pricing.
• Establish guardrails for conversion, fraud, latency, cost-to-serve, reliability.
• Own FinEng measurement strategy and revenue insights.
• Build and oversee the experimentation program for checkout and subscriptions.
• Drive global monetization: international payment methods and pricing localization.
• Build durable data infra with source-of-truth datasets and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, experimentation, or product analytics with leadership.
• Experience leading monetization, payments, checkout, or subscription analytics.
• Fluent in SQL and Python; strong causal inference instincts.
• Track record building experimentation platforms or scaling testing programs.
• Experience managing or mentoring high-performing data scientists.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
