🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data science in outcome-driven orgs.
• Statistics and causal inference for experiments and observational studies.
• Python and R proficiency.
• SQL expertise with large datasets and ETL workflows.
• BI tools: Mode, Tableau, Looker.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
