📋 Description

• Drive ML roadmap for the team's problem area.
• Frame problems mathematically and in business terms with partners.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand problems.
• Construct and fit statistical, ML, or optimization models.
• Write production modeling code and deploy with engineers.
• Design and run simulated and live traffic experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in ML, Statistics, CS, Math, or quantitative field.
• 4+ years in a technology company setting.
• Proven experience building and evaluating ML models.
• Proficiency with Python in production coding environments.
• Past ML Engineer experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
