🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in search/IR/NLP/ML with product impact.
• Semantic search: query understanding, embedding retrieval, LT-Rank.
• LLMs/transformers (BERT/T5/GPT): fine-tuning and prompts.
• Python & SQL; ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace.
• Statistics: large-scale A/B tests and causal inference.
• Excellent communication; mentor juniors; cross-functional work.
• Master’s or PhD in CS/ML/IR/NLP or related field.
