📋 Description

• Design ML use cases from ground up to maximize business value and manage risk.
• Build and own end-to-end ML pipeline from data to activation.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure DS performance and adoption.
• Extend product capabilities by building features for AI deployment and scale.
• Collaborate with Product to refine BrazeAI reinforcement learning.
• Contribute to BrazeAI product strategy with insights and expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/DS/Math/Engineering; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 3–5+ years in data science or ML in production; client facing preferred.
• Python (Pandas) and ML libraries: TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn.
• SQL proficiency; ML pipelines and model deployment.
• Engineering: Git, CI/CD, tests; modular, well-documented code.
• Nice-to-have: Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP.
