📋 Description

• Design and productionize predictive/decisioning models for real-time personalization.
• Apply causal inference and RL (contextual multi-armed bandits) to optimize interactions.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed models into real-time systems.
• Work with customers on advanced use cases, tailoring models to their goals.
• Translate goals into modeling strategy; communicate results clearly.
• Explore uplift modeling and closed-loop optimization in experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional data scientist or similar experience.
• Hands-on causal inference: uplift, counterfactuals, A/B tests.
• RL and contextual multi-armed bandits in production.
• ML foundation with scikit-learn, XGBoost, or equivalents.
• Advanced Python with testing, modular code, packaging, version control.
• Experience moving models from experimentation to production.
