🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or higher in quantitative field.
3-5 years analytics experience driving business decisions.
Proven ability to work independently and engage stakeholders with minimal direction.
Significant SQL experience and large unstructured datasets (Hadoop).
Strong statistical analysis, experimentation design, and techniques such as regression or trees.
Experience running multivariate experiments to optimize product or revenue.
