Build models and tools for subscriber metrics.
Define measurement frameworks and dashboards for acquisition, engagement, retention.
Collaborate with Data and Consumer Revenue on approaches and tradeoffs.
Partner with data engineers and analysts on measurement and reporting needs.
Occasionally collaborate on audience-facing initiatives like recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

Familiarity with Python and SQL in data science.
Own problems end-to-end: data transformation, modeling, tooling.
Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake).
Proven data science solving business problems; not limited to ML.
Adept at using AI to accelerate work and automate workflows.
Experience with experiment design and measurement.
