📋 Description

• Build data products for population insights for care teams and schools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data science/analytics with production analytics.
• Experience in healthcare/education data is a plus.
• Applied product analytics: inform product decisions with data.
• Technical proficiency in Python and SQL; large datasets.
• Strong statistical judgment; experimental thinking and rigor.
• Communication: explain insights to diverse audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical.
• Ownership and accountability: drive projects from definition through execution.
