- Strong SQL and Python; able to build datasets as needed.
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action.
- Ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences; own projects end-to-end.
- Nice to Have: dashboarding tools like Sigma or Looker.
