• Train, evaluate, and iterate ML models for customer feedback.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered features: retrieval and reranking.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks: metrics and test sets.

• Write clean, well-tested code; collaborate on pipelines.
• Translate business needs into practical ML experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of transformer architectures in NLP.
• Proficiency in PyTorch; training loops and fine-tuning; LoRA a plus.
• Experience with real-world text data across NLP tasks.
• Some exposure to instruction fine-tuning or model serving.
• Grounding in classical ML and statistics; simple methods preferred.
• Familiarity with GenAI and agentic patterns.
