Design and implement end-to-end data science projects from data collection to deployment.
Evaluate model performance in training and production; measure user satisfaction.
Work with engineering to ensure data quality and analytics access.
Mentor peers and share best practices in data science.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years as a Data Scientist.
Master's or PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
Highly technical with strong product acumen.
Experience extracting insights from large/complex data for product/engineering teams.
Strong statistics, experimental design, causal inference and ML algorithms.
