Data Science Principal

📋 Description

• Hands-on data analytics tools, dashboards, and validation.
• Drive upstream data hygiene with cross-functional partners.
• Own data dictionaries, lineage, and quality scorecards; enforce MDM.
• Partner with CIO/IT on integration; support Snowflake.
• Lead M&A data workstreams: due diligence, mapping, migration.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Data Science, CS, Stats, Economics, or Finance; 8+ years data exp.
• Strong SQL and Python; build pipelines and ship tools.
• Upstream data quality remediation, data governance, and MDM in finance.
• M&A data integration: due diligence, mapping, migration, consolidation.
• US GAAP or FP&A knowledge; understands business logic.
• SOX and ITGC familiarity for auditable data pipelines.
