Data Science Principal

📋 Description

• Hands-on data tooling: build analytics, validation frameworks, dashboards for data health.
• Improve upstream data hygiene across Revenue Ops, Procurement, HR, and Eng.
• Own data dictionaries, lineage docs, and quality scorecards; enforce MDM standards.
• Partner with CIO and IT on integration strategy; support Snowflake data warehouse.
• Lead data workstreams for M&A end-to-end: due diligence, mapping, migration.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines to remediate data quality at the source; use AI copilots.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years in data science/engineering/analytics.
• Hands-on SQL and Python; build pipelines and ship tools; comfortable with AI-assisted development.
• Upstream data quality remediation, MDM, and data governance in finance.
• M&A data integration: due diligence, mapping, migration, consolidation.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships, lead cross-functional projects across global teams.
• US GAAP or FP&A knowledge; understands business logic behind data.
• SOX and ITGC familiarity; design audit-ready data pipelines for audits.
• Snowflake experience or BI platforms (Sigma).
