🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in data science, ML, optimization, or causal inference.
- 2+ years of people management leading technical teams.
- Ability to set a strategic vision for data science and translate it into scalable solutions.
- Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, ML, and statistics for high-stakes decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, large-scale data processing tools and ML frameworks.
