📋 Description

• Own line setting strategy and projection accuracy for fantasy markets.
• Lead and grow a high-performing data science team for market origination.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sports betting, fantasy, or gaming with line setting exposure.
• Strong foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering.
• Proven management experience leading, mentoring, and scaling teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of player props and sports/esports markets.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from ideation to launch.
• Strong communicator at the intersection of data, product, and ops.
