📋 Description

• Drive adoption of data-driven product recommendations to grow Reddit users.
• Partner with product/engineering leaders to shape roadmap via insights.
• Ideation, exploratory analysis, metrics design, experiments, and post-launch monitoring.
• Improve data collection, ETLs, dashboards, and data aggregations for tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in statistics, math, physics, economics, or OR.
• MS holders: 10+ years of industry experience.
• PhD holders: 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience driving product strategy and roadmaps via analytics.
• Led product analytics teams (5+ data scientists) for 2+ years.
• Expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, metrics governance, and product strategy.
• Led initiatives to enable analytics self-serve for cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis; strong communicator.
