Own analyses guiding business and product decisions; present findings to senior stakeholders.
Own dashboards and KPI strategy; drive decision-making across teams.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to design features and measure impact.
Mentor data scientists and foster a strong data culture.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Analytics or Data Science.
2+ years as Senior Data Analyst.
2+ years leading data teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Strong SQL and experience with BigQuery/Redshift.
Tableau or PowerBI experience.
Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Datadog experience.
