🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science
- 2+ years as Senior Data Scientist
- 2+ years leading data teams or cross-functional initiatives (Tech Lead/Manager preferred)
- Strong SQL and large-scale data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift)
- Hands-on data visualization with Tableau or PowerBI
- Familiarity with Amplitude and Mixpanel
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
