Work with stakeholders to identify needs and priorities for insights.
Be the technical reference, leading data initiatives and defining models/pipelines.
Own analyses guiding business and product decisions; communicate to senior leaders.
Own dashboards and KPI strategy to drive decisions, scalability, and consistency.
Help design product features with PMs and engineers from ideation to post-launch impact.
Support development of robust, scalable SQL models and pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Analytics or Data Science.
2+ years as Senior Data Analyst leading initiatives.
2+ years leading data teams or cross-functional work.
Strong SQL; BigQuery/Redshift experience.
Tableau or PowerBI proficiency.
English and Spanish fluency; degree in a relevant field; mentoring.
