🎯 Requirements
- A PhD/MS/BS in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, OR, economics, CS, engineering).
- 3+ years direct management of data science or ML teams; 10+ years in DS.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing metrics and guiding decisions with data.
- Technical ability to guide architecture and strategic modeling decisions.
- Led teams building ML systems and data products at scale.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and rigorous decision-making.
