Data Science Intern

📋 Description

• Report to a Data Science/Engineer Manager focused on ML/AI initiatives.
• Contribute to content moderation, automation, and recommendations (ML and LLM).
• Build baseline models; contribute to feature engineering and experiments.
• Ensure reliable model releases with validations, tests, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data, ML, and product teams to productionize models.
• Communicate model insights and performance to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Statistics, ML, algorithms, data structures, and math fundamentals.
• Python or R with ML libs: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering — APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic a plus.
• Data lifecycle: feature engineering, cleaning, experiment design, evaluation.
• SQL knowledge; relational/big-data systems.
• MLOps: versioning, reproducibility, CI/CD, and drift monitoring.
