📋 Description

• Embed with a product unit to study user behavior, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Own instrumentation and measurement for your product unit; design event tracking.
• Run experiments and quasi-experiments to measure impact of changes.
• Answer strategic questions that shape the roadmap using data.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in quantitative field; 0-3 years DS experience.
• Strong Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Applied regression analysis, hypothesis testing, probability, and predictive modeling.
• Data visualization and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and written/verbal communication.
• Nice to have: experimental design or causal inference; Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo.
