Lead analytics workstreams across the credit card portfolio lifecycle (acquisition to risk)
Develop and deploy statistical models and ML solutions for growth, efficiency, and risk
Perform customer segmentation, lifecycle modelling, and uplift analysis
Design and evaluate test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B testing
Analyse large-scale transaction and behavioural datasets to derive insights
Design and develop dashboards using Tableau or Power BI

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in data science, stats, CS, or math
5–8+ years in data science/analytics, banking preferred
Experience in credit card portfolio analytics or lifecycle modelling
Experience with SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python or cloud platforms
Hands-on ML experience (supervised and unsupervised)
Ability to translate insights into business strategy
