📋 Description

• Build ML/LLM models to understand issues and prioritize resolutions.
• Leverage generative AI to analyze CS experiences and identify improvements.
• Implement techniques to automate LLM evaluation with high efficiency.
• Identify high-impact opportunities by data exploration and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine ML requirements and quantify impact.
• Develop and productionize models and pipelines for batch/real-time use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of ML/DS experience and a Master’s degree or PhD.
• Strong Python and SQL; TensorFlow, PyTorch, Airflow, and data warehouse.
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, features, models, labeling, and AB tests.
• Proficiency with LLMs and AI/NLP (e.g., BERT, GPT-2/3/4, LLaMA, Mistral).
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate with diverse audiences and teams; publications a plus.
