📋 Description

• Supervises a team to review, prepare, and submit regulatory data reports across jurisdictions.
• Ensures reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with standards.
• Oversees review of errors and discrepancies with corrective guidance.
• Develops and maintains documentation for procedures and data quality.
• Acts as SME for regulatory reporting and guides complex scenarios.
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong critical thinking; proactive and inquisitive in a dynamic environment.
• Math and reasoning: apply instructions and solve multi-variable problems.
• Language ability: read and interpret regulations; present to cross-functional teams.
• Computer skills: high proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to master proprietary software.
• Technical knowledge: Medicare/regulatory reporting; EDI and IABAIC standards.
