First-line controls for data completeness, accuracy, timeliness; reconcile to GL/sub-ledgers.
Data governance: define data models, lineage, and dictionaries; maintain definitions.
Data quality rules and remediation workflows with data owners.
Submission governance and regulator readiness: procedures, access controls, audit trails.
Automation and scalability: automate SQL/ETL/BI workflows; maintain runbooks and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Data/Analytics, Statistics, or Engineering.
3-5 years in regulatory reporting or data management in financial services.
Experience with reconciliations, data controls, and governance with audit discipline.
Strong SQL and data transformation; translate rules into data specs; live SQL assessment.
Strong controls mindset, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
Fluent English required.
