2–5 years in product management, analytics, or sales ops.
Advanced SQL to extract, join, and analyze data across sources.
Experience with BI and data platforms like Looker and Databricks.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot.
Ability to synthesize multi-source data into clear insights.
Experience partnering with engineering to ship product features.
