Define data products (Silver/Gold layers) with schemas, logic, and SLAs.
Manage the Data Hub 12-18 month roadmap and backlog.
Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Establish and monitor SLAs for data products (freshness, quality, availability, support).
Drive adoption and value realization, informing prioritisation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, CS, health informatics).
4+ years in product or technical program management with ownership of a product.
2+ years with data platforms, analytics products, or data infrastructure.
Experience in life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Track record shipping data products with measurable business value.
Hands-on Agile experience and Jira tooling.
