🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
• 3+ years with SQL, Python, PySpark; GitHub and Databricks.
• Experience using sample or panel data to guide decisions.
• Quick learner of new data methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ownership mentality and ability to deliver impact.
