🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years in professional services/consulting focused on data engineering/analytics.
- Proven track record leading 20+ data professionals in services/consulting.
- Experience delivering complex AWS data projects: data lake, lakehouse, streaming and analytics.
- Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent client engagements with delivery and financials.
- Hands-on data architecture/engineering background; able to engage with technical teams and clients.
- Deep AWS data ecosystem knowledge: Redshift, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lake Formation, Athena.
