🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in data engineering, database engineering, or platform operations
- Strong experience supporting production data platforms in cloud environments
- Deep PostgreSQL expertise: performance tuning, indexing, maintenance
- Production-scale PostgreSQL in large datasets and high availability
- AlloyDB or similar PostgreSQL-based managed services
- Hands-on GCP including Dataflow, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Dataplex
- Data lifecycle management, retention policies, governance, cataloging
- Incident response, RCA, and release management
